Membership is open year-round, to any student, with no prior tapeout experience required.

General membership

Any student can join as a member and work on whichever initiatives interest them.

  3. Introduce yourself and say which teams you want to work with

Directorship

We recruit directors for subteams such as Webmaster and Socials on a rolling basis. To apply, email team@uoftasic.com with your portfolio and why you are interested. We will follow up with interview details.

Proposing a project

The Design Kompetition accepts project proposals on a rolling basis. A proposal covers milestones, development structure, director involvement, and technical documentation referencing existing designs. Once selected, you onboard onto the project and work toward a tapeout milestone — see Projects for what that produces.
